The President and CEO is Dr. Mansour Almalik. Dr. Almalik is a Ph. D. graduate of Texas A & M University.

He has worked as a professor and Head of Petroleum Engineering for over 20 years. He worked as Senior Advisor to the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resource in Saudi Arabia.
